Motivation: Electricity is turned off, boxes are packed, only a cold emergency lighting illuminates the house. Suffering from cancer the father has decided to die this night. His daughter shall keep him company. The Swiss film team succeeds in convincingly presenting the difficult issue of euthanasia, moralizing or getting voyeuristic not for a single moment. The spectators are prompted to find a personal, independent position.
